Villa Samuel

Villa Samuel is a fabulous family villa set in the quiet countryside, close to the wonderful traditional old town of Alcudia with its narrow streets dotted with a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants. Along with the generous sized swimming pool, there is also a large lawn area, great for the children to play or maybe just to sit under the shady terrace enjoying your favourite tipple. Set all on one floor and furnished with a clever combination of traditional and modern décor giving the villa quite a quirky homely feeling. With three spacious air conditioned bedrooms one of which has its own en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share their own full size bathroom with very stylish roll top bath.  There is also a well-equipped open plan kitchen which has a very inviting breakfast table, great for family breakfasts or you may prefer the cosy living room which is furnished with comfortable sofas a large flat screen television, Wi-Fi and a second dining table. Overall this is a fabulous choice for families who want to be close to all the wonderful facilities Alcudia has to offer, from the largest sandy beach on the island with its wide selection of water sports to the endless bars and restaurants. This villa is next door to Can Roca so if you are celebrating a special occasion or are simply a large family then the two villas would be a perfect choice.
