Despite looking like any other traditional Finca villa, Villa Pont Roma is actually quite a special villa for a few reasons. Firstly because of its fabulous location, situated in the countryside with spectacular mountain views and yet a very short walk into the old town of Pollensa so all the benefits of a countryside house with all the convenience of a town centre location. Furthermore for those travelling with young children the villa has a fenced pool offering you some comfort to relax outside. Internally the villa is furnished to a comfortable standard with a homely feel. All the accommodation is on the ground floor with all the modern conveniences you would need.
Outside you have the use of a good sized pool, fenced pool with roman steps, this is surrounded by lawns and mature trees with a stunning mountain backdrop. On the other side of the pool area there is a covered eating area with a barbecue perfect for those long summer lunches or al fresco dining.
This villa really is a great find for Solmar Villas and perfect for families especially with young children as it is all on one floor, has the fenced pool and is just a ten minute walk to the centre of Pollensa.
