Villa Mares is well presented throughout with high quality fittings and elegant furnishings throughout. Cooling terracotta tiles and air conditioning in the bedrooms ensure the villa is cool in summer months. There is a light an airy open plan living are with comfortable seating and dining facilities, Flat screen TV and doors to the covered poolside terrace. The modern fitted kitchen with breakfast table includes all the appliances you would expect from a villa of this quality including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. There is also a door directly from the kitchen to the garden terrace and a walk in pantry, as well as utility room with washing machine. Off the living area there are two twin bedrooms which share an adjacent shower room. The first floor is an impressive suite with Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bath/shower room. There is a large balcony and terrace perfect for sun bathing and enjoying the fabulous countryside views during the day or eating breakfast and taking in the sunrise.
The outside grounds have been well designed; firstly by offering an impressive 10m infinity swimming pool with corner steps, this is surrounded by spacious well-furnished sun terraces with reclining loungers and pretty planted borders and lawns. To one end of the pool is the BBQ casita with wide covered dining terrace affording an ambience for idyllic summer lunches and relaxing starlight dinners. For families with younger children, there is plenty of space for children to play within the grounds.
We anticipate demand for this villa to be high and recommend booking early.

There are 4 steps into the villa but ramp access is available. Main entrance door 90cm, internal doors 70cm. There is a double shower on the ground floor with 70cm door to access.
