This spacious detached villa, located in a tranquil setting, has been furnished and equipped to a high standard in a modern style. The accommodation comprises of a large living / dining room with comfortable modern furniture, Satellite TV, DVD and Stereo. The separate fitted breakfast kitchen has a full range of modern appliances and marble work surfaces. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a Mezzanine sitting area with a large sofa bed, which leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. The villa is set in extensive grounds with ample parking for four cars. The well-kept gardens with lawns surround a large swimming pool. Beyond this there is a children’s play area with slide and seesaw.
