Casa Marino is a grand and luxurious countryside villa full of natural light with a fabulous main house and two Annex buildings. This stylish house mixes modern design with traditional features. The main house is full of wonderful spaces with luxury in every room. There is a fabulous double-height lounge and hall which gives great views on three sides of surrounding fields and trees. One of the separate Annex buildings has been designed to be fully wheelchair-accessible - with wide doors, a ramp into the house, a twin bedroom with an adapted shower-bathroom, and a private terrace. It has its own entrance and is also connected to the main house. The beautiful gardens are just as glamorous as the villa. There is a large and well kept lawned garden and some Mediterranean plants; a great place to relax and enjoy the peace of the country. Casa Marino is a fabulous country villa located in a very pretty peaceful part of the countryside with wonderful views all around of fields and trees. Shops and cafés are close by in the traditional little village of Alqueria Blanca which is about 4 km/5-minute drive away and 10 minutes to the small village of Cas Concos, with a few local shops and restaurants. The well-know tourist resort Cala D’Or with many restaurants, shops and several sandy coves and a pretty marina is 12 km away.
