Located on the main road leading to the popular Marina Rubicon, Villa Mamma Mia I is a wonderful new addition to our ever-growing selection of villas in Lanzarote, and has a real stylish and trendy feel thanks to its high quality and contemporary furnishings. There is a fabulously spacious lounge on the lower ground floor with a range of mod-cons and attractive modern décor, as well as a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. The ground floor features three air conditioned bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite Jacuzzi style bathroom and large doors leading out to the superb pool terrace. You can dine in style on this generously sized outdoor terrace thanks to the built in BBQ and alfresco dining facilities on offer, or make use of the electrically heated swimming pool. This villa is in a great location too, only a short walk away from the popular Marina Rubicon, as well as a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the bustling coastal resort of Playa Blanca.
