Villa Estrella is a detached and spacious four bedroom villa located in the quiet resort of Benissa, a perfect location for exploring the coastline and the main resorts of Calpe and Moreira. This modern villa has been brightly furnished by its owner to give the perfect villa holiday experience. Set over three levels, through the entrance leads you to the living area with patio doors to a covered with dining facilities and a modern fully equipped kitchen further along with additional dining facilities. Also on this level is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. From the living area there are steps down to a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and access to the pool terrace. On the first floor you will also find a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with spectacular seas views. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and WiFi is available throughout the property. Outside you find your private swimming pool with steps (pool heating is available at a supplement) set within a mature enclosed garden. To the side of the villa behind the outdoor shower is the brick BBQ and a further dining area - perfect for an alfresco meal.
