Mimosa

Villa Mimosa is located in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Moraira, the closest restaurant / bar is the "Jacaranda" on the other side of the road and a supermarket is within just 300m. The entrance from the street is via lockable gates and there is space for several vehicles. The main upper floor accommodation is accessed from the driveway up a short flight of external steps leading into the property through the front door.
The lounge - dining room is reasonably spacious and is open onto the kitchen, it features comfortable sofas, dining table, satellite TV, wifi internet and a small stereo system. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A hallway from the lounge area leads to the three upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms on this floor have twin singles. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes. The two bathrooms are modernised, one with bath (and shower over) the other with shower. Double doors from the lounge lead out onto a shaded dining terrace with table and chairs for six people and stairs down to the garden.
The lower floor accommodation can be accessed from the driveway or from the pool area. The accommodation includes a second comfortable lounge, a small kitchen with cooker, sink and plenty of cupboard space and two further good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower as well as double doors onto the pool terrace. The second bedroom has twin single beds and exclusive use of a second bathroom (with shower). Both bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes and air conditioning. Doors from the lounge in the downstairs accommodation lead out onto a shaded terrace and onto the large terraces surrounding the pool.
The Swimming Pool - is rectangular, measures 8'00 x 4'00 (depth 1'00 to 2'00) and has Roman steps in the shallow end. There is a covered dining gazebo adjacent to the pool and brick-built barbecue. The gardens are tastefully laid out with jacarandas, flowering bushes and lots of bougainvilleas and benefit from a good degree of privacy.  There is a hot tub situated off the main pool area which is available if booked as an extra. 
Villa Mimosa has spacious bedrooms, all of which would accommodate an extra folding bed or cot. Please bear in mind there is only exterior access between floors.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided, as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated. Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
