The apartments and villas are located on the Costa Rei, the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, in a residential area and are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Nearby restaurants, a pizzeria and an ice cream parlour are located and it is 0.5 km away to the city/town centre. Apartments are spread in different location, terraced houses on the ground or 1st floor with separate entrance (Costa Rei 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments are approximately 200-600 away to the beach, Reale Marina 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments garden side are 500-950m to the beach). Detached houses and semi-detached houses are located outside the village (approximately 300m to the beach). On the beach there are deckchairs and umbrellas at a charge. 1 parking lot per apartment is also offered to guests.
