Located opposite the Lérins Isles, in a residential area enjoying unique views over the Mediterranean. This Green Key-labelled residence is situated at the heart of a wooded Mediterranean-style garden in the Croix des Gardes residential area. The pastel-coloured residence comprises several 1 or 2-story buildings and boasts 2 outdoor swimming pools open June to October with a paddling pool. A terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols (charges apply) is open from mid-June to mid-September. Children's playground, tennis court and multi-sports ground. An on-site bar and restaurant are open from April and offer a catering service to book before departure. 800 metres from the public sandy beach. In July and August, a free shuttle bus runs to the town centre between Mondays and Saturday afternoons (not on Wednesdays). There is a mini-market within the residence and a full range of services and shops in Cannes La Bocca (3 km). Doctor's surgery and pharmacy 2 km away, ATM and supermarket nearby.
